Filet ‘O Fish
GFTREETS - Filet ‘O FishA tasty burger meal

Ingredients:

  • gf treets battered fish
    gluten free burger buns
    lettuce leaves sliced or torn
    tomato slices
    red onion slices (if desired)
    cheese slices

Preparation:

  1. Bake fish in oven as per instructions on pack.
  2. While the fish is cooking prepare the burger fillings desired e.g. lettuce, cheese, tomato
  3. Spread bun lightly with butter or margarine and place in oven for last 3 minutes of baking time with a slice of cheese on one half if desired.
  4. Assemble and enjoy.

  • gf treets donuts
    gluten free ice cream
    your favourite gluten free topping

Preparation:

  1. Heat donuts in the oven.
  2. Place on a dessert plate.
  3. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of each donut.
  4. Top with your favourite ice cream topping.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!.

gf treets Chicken, Potato Gravy and Coleslaw
Almost as good as the Colonels

GFTREETS - Chicken Potatoe and GravyIngredients:

  • gf treets southern style coated chicken
    potatoes, peeled and chopped up
    green cabbage
    red cabbage
    carrot
    red onion
    gluten free mayonnaise
    gluten free gravy

Preparation:

  1. Put potatoes on to boil. Turn oven on to 180C fan bake ready for chicken strips.
  2. Prepare the coleslaw by cutting finely, white and red cabbage, grating carrot and chopping red onion. Combine ingredients with a gluten free mayonnaise or other dressing of choice.
  3. Place chicken strips in oven for 15 minutes.
  4. Drain and mash potato, leaving in pot with lid on to keep warm while preparing gravy.
  5. Serve.

Fish Meal

Enjoy the same meal as the rest of the family

  • gf treets battered fish
    salad
    red onion, avocado, tomato to dress salad
    salad dressing
    potatoes
    oil

Preparation:

  1. Turn oven on to 180C fan bake.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges, slices or fingers.
    Place in baking dish and sprinkle lightly with oil.
    Place in oven. Turn during cooking.
  3. Bake fish in oven as per instructions on pack.
  4. While the fish and potatoes are cooking prepare salad.
  5. Serve.

Other serving suggestions:

  • Cook gf treets fish and some french fries to enjoy with the rest of the family when they have takeaways
    Serve with mashed potato and vegetables
    Serve with rice and stir-fry vegetables tossed in your favourite stir-fry sauce.

Rice Paper Rolls
Quick and easy to prepare and looks fantastic
Perfect for an entrée or finger food platter

GFTREETS - ricepaper rollsIngredients:

  • rice paper rolls
    gf treets chicken strips cooked and cut into strips
    finely sliced carrot
    finely sliced cucumber
    finely sliced red pepper
    bean sprouts
    dipping sauce of choice (soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, Thai sauce)

Preparation:

  1. Dip rice paper in a shallow dish of warm water for 30 secs or until soft and pliable.
  2. Place on a clean t-towel and pat dry.
  3. Lay a strip of chicken and your favourite fresh ingredients on the rice paper and then fold in one end and roll.
  4. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Add cooked and sliced strips of gf treets chicken to your favourite tossed salad.
